Creating a new training site. Looking for help.

I have been planning an interactive training site.  I have the skills, but not enough time. I'm willing to train other team members with a passion for learning.

Purposes of the site.
 - Provide training to others.
 - Training will be in *short videos
 - Videos can be added and voted by the community.
 - Forums on the videos with post taxonomy like "comment", "question" and "answer"
 - packs and series of videos covering a topic
 - Online testing and public displaying of successful results.

UX Goals:
 - Responsive Design
 - Easy Access, low registration/sign in requirements.
 - HTML5/JS components for posting video forums on other sites easily.
 - (Most of the statements from GoodUI.)

Income Model:
 - I'm considering income models for the site, but first I want to get the primary UX goals (site map, general component UI's) out of the way, then figure out how to monetize it.
 - naturally the team would be included in finances, and helping to decide how to split the income.
 - I'm also open to a crowd funding project as well to cover some of the time and resources.

Technologies Planned (Microsoft focused):
 - C#, MVC, Azure, TFS in the Cloud, MS SQL Server
 - Web API (restful services)
 - HTML 5, CSS 3, JQuery, Transitions,
 - SSO, SSL,
 - Agile

How can you help?
If you already have some skills in the area, that is a major plus, but I can take on a couple apprentice type roles for this as well, so long as you have a passion for learning it.  Reach out to me at Dan.Sagmiller@LearnBuildPlay.com

Who am I?
 - My name is Dan Violet Sagmiller.  I have over 20 years and 80,000 hours development experience.  I am a senior level Programmer, Architect, Automator and Designer.  I have worked for Microsoft, Hasbro, Wizards of the Coast and a variety of others.  I have taught game development, business programming, websites, AI, and a variety of others at multiple colleges.  I was flown across oceans to train developers and implement new architectures for clients.  I'm excited about technology, training others and game development.
